Sometimes it is best to keep it simple when decorating cupcakes. I have never made cupcakes myself in these little cups, but I'll have to try it.

Nachos , my sons favorite!
When my son turned 5, he decided he could cook. I was in the living room and heard the microwave running. By the time I had reached the kitchen, my son was trying to get a bowl of his special nachos out of the microwave, but of course it was hot.
Instead of yelling at him, we discussed how to properly make them. Now it is his dish of choice for a quick snack. They consist of chips and a slice of cheese. He is so proud of himself. He loves to serve them to his brother and sister. Everyone has to sit in front of the T.V. with their own batch.
